How to Make a Complaint

We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.

Step 1: Contact Us Directly

Email hello@yourbuddy.com with:

  • Your name and account email
  • A description of your complaint
  • What outcome you are seeking
  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
